"Don't be afraid; just believe."
Easier said than done. What helps you?

While Jesus was still speaking, some men came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue ruler. "Your daughter is dead," they said. "Why bother the teacher any more?" Ignoring what they said, Jesus told the synagogue ruler, "Don't be afraid; just believe." (Mark 5:35-36 NIV)
Prayer: LORD, negative words can quench belief and render it ineffective. When I am facing a situation that requires me to believe You against "common sense", help me ignore the negative talk from those who would encourage unbelief and set my heart to believe You regardless of what I see or hear. In Jesus' name, Amen.
