 Some find it difficult  to express themselves in prayer.  

They search for the "right"  words, the "right"  way, or the "right"  time to come to God.

 Prayer does not have to be eloquent or "religious".  

 There are no "set"  words or "secret"  methods.

It only has to be  sincere , and offered to God in  faith .

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.  (Heb 11:6 NIV)

 Prayer is communication with God.

It is a "conversation" between you and Him, if you will, made possible by your relationship with Him.  

Even in "human" relationships, it is difficult to be in relationship with someone if you cannot communicate with them.

In those relationships, people sometimes have difficulty expressing their feelings or finding the "right" words.  They often find it much easier to write what they want to say.

Your relationship with God may be the same.  It may be easier for you to write what you want to say to Him at first, rather than speaking.

That is all right.  He knows your heart.

"Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." (1 Sam 16:7b NIV)

 Just share your "heart" with Him below.  

Rest assured, He will "hear"  your prayer, even if it is written, because He knows your heart as you write it.
